NPI Project Manager

Job Description
- Lead NPI projects end-to-end - from initial customer requirements through development, transfer and production launch.
- Drive cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain to keep projects on track.
- Manage project timelines, resources, risks and budgets, ensuring key milestones are delivered on time.
- Work closely with customers and suppliers, keeping everyone aligned and resolving issues quickly.
- Ensure a smooth transition to production while driving quality, efficiency and continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in semiconductor, electronics or contract manufacturing with hands-on NPI or manufacturing project experience, ideally involving new product introduction or production transfer.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a good understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering changes.
