Responsibilities:
- Drive final test yield enhancement, cycle time reduction, and quality improvement with ATE test platforms
- Support daily engineering debug activities.
- Documentation for product manufacturability.
- Using sound technical judgment to support lot-on-hold disposition.
- Produce yield and pareto reports per requirements.
- Facilitate testing and shipment of both NPI and Sustaining devices.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or equivalent with 1 year or more working experience in Semiconductor Product Engineering Team
- Experience in ATE Test handling/execution, test pattern, test flows and Silicon debug
- Experience in Advantest T2K or V93K preferred
- Skilled in Data Analysis and scripting (C++, Python)
