Key Responsibilities
- Devise and implement future-ready production strategies, driving the roadmap for automation and digital transformation in manufacturing.
- Oversee New Product Introduction from EVT to Mass Production, ensuring rigorous application of DFM, DFT, and DFC principles.
- Build strong technical partnerships with CMs and JDMs to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
- Drive capital equipment strategy and implement Six Sigma/Lean practices to maximize Yield and OEE.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Min 15 years of experience in consumer electronics / medical / automotive manufacturing environment
- Deep expertise in DFX an holds a six sigma black belt certificate
- Proven track record of bridging the gap between R&D innovation and mass manufacturing
- Deep understanding of DFM (Design for Manufacturability), DFT (Design for Test), and DFC (Design for Cost)
- High Mix High Volume Environment
- Track record of launching new products from concept (EVT) to mass production (MP/NPI)
