Key Responsibilities
- Business Expansion: Identify market opportunities, develop expansion strategies for new outlets, and secure lucrative corporate catering contracts and event bookings.
- Operational Collaboration: Partner closely with culinary teams and head chefs to ensure consistent taste, portion control, and high-quality presentation of curries and tandoori items.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key stakeholders to drive repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, dining trends, and industry developments to optimize the menu and merchandising techniques.
- Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, establish service terms with clients, and work to hit specific revenue targets.
- Performance Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and report on business development activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing within the Food and Beverage (F&B) sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of authentic North Indian cuisine, specifically tandoor cooking techniques (e.g., tandoori, kebabs) and various curry preparations.
- Skills: Excellent communication, networking, and contract negotiation skills.
