About the Role

The North America Lead will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence in North America. You will focus on acquiring benchmark enterprise customers and mid-market accounts within the AdTech, E-commerce, and Gaming sectors. This role requires managing the full sales cycle, from leveraging direct sales strategies to navigating complex procurement, legal, and security review processes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive direct sales in North America, targeting and closing benchmark enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, specifically targeting User Acquisition (UA) clients across the Advertising, E-commerce, and Gaming industries.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles, smoothly coordinating procurement, contract advancement, and legal/security reviews.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and articulate the business value of our AI solutions to C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, and Security) to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of B2B sales experience in Cloud Services, SaaS, AI, MarTech, or AdTech, with a proven track record in the North American market.
  • Proven experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts, with a demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency, with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Required Skills

  • Deep understanding of the North American corporate procurement landscape, with hands-on experience navigating complex security and compliance reviews.
  • Strong industry network or familiarity with UA clients, digital agencies, e-commerce platforms, and gaming studios.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple high-value contract advancements simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience selling generative AI tools, video production software, or advanced marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with cross-border business operations and bridging tech solutions between global teams.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Competitive base salary with an aggressive commission structure based on experience and sales qualifications.
