Domain Expertise

We are hiring professionals with experience in:

• Non-IT Recruitment

Experience in Leadership Hiring and Niche Hiring will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to successful candidate joining.
• Understand client requirements and identify the right talent within defined timelines.
• Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist high-quality candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offer negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Consistently achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Required Experience

Hands-on experience in one or more of the following recruitment domains:

• IT Recruitment
• Non-IT Recruitment
• Leadership Hiring
• Niche Hiring

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented professional.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Experience in Executive Search, Permanent Hiring, Leadership Hiring, or Volume Hiring will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record of successful closures and effective client and candidate relationship management.
