Responsibilities:
1. Business analysis and partnering


  • Participate in discussions with other functions and business units to define projects

  • Align programs with overall business strategy and objectives in partnership with business unit technical program managers

  • Participates in the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. used to drive key business decisions

  • Under supervision, communicate with internal leadership on progress against project objectives

2. Project management

  • Track, monitors, and reports to the business unit on project's non-technical progress to targets

  • Uncover causes to project obstacle, develop corrective actions, assist in implementing solutions for resolution

  • Under supervision, establish and proliferate best practices across multiple programs

Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor or Masters in any Engineering, Science or Business related discipline

  • Guidance and training will be provided candidates with minimum work experiences are welcome to apply

  • Someone with high learning agility and who is excited by the possibilities of how technology can play a role in improving our lives, as well as their potential impact on business and manufacturing activities

  • Goal oriented with strong problem-solving and project management skills

  • Team player with excellent communication skills
