You will joinCrédit Agricole CIBSingaporeas Non-Linear Trader Assistant

The Non Linear Trading team responsible for Emerging Markets & Cross Asset Non-Linear Trading for Asia and market risk management for Crédit Agricole CIB within the authorised trading limits and delegated trader mandate, i.e. the risk parameters and designated currency and product limits.

Non Linear Traders are also responsible for liaising with the Crédit Agricole CIB Sales Network, to provide the whole customer base with a superior service and expertise for distributing, pricing, and risk management solutions.

Your concrete missions will be the following :

• Financial performance of the trading books within the business line, in terms of the generation of revenues, utilisation of capital and balance sheet and overall performance targets (excluding allocated costs and management overhead).
• Product development in all areas of responsibility, especially on local currencies and on shore off shore activities.
• Manage Global Markets Trading business within the delegated risk parameters.
• Ensure compliance of the business line with all regulatory and other policies, procedures and guidelines.
• When in the context of global book ensure smooth coordination with appropriate trading desks to ensure:
• Pricing consistency
• Appropriate local execution and hedging

To be eligible for a VIE:

- Beless than 28 years old

- Begraduated of Master Degree

- BeEU citizen

You are postgraduate with a Master Degree from an University, a Business School or an Engineering School with a specializationin Mathematical / Scientific area,Financial Market, Cash & Derivatives, Options & Exotics, Coding.

Experience in financial products related trading/ risk management activities.

Hard Skills:

• Knowledge of the Banking functions
• Strong mathematical skills
• Coding in Python and VBA
• Fluent French & English.

• Excellent communication skills and able to coordinate effectively with other Senior Managers, Sales, Structurers and Quants.
• Ability to think quickly, make decisions using good judgement and prioritise in busy trading situations.
