Role Summary
We are seeking a Network Operations & Customer Connectivity Engineer to support global electronic trading connectivity. This role focuses on customer onboarding, real-time monitoring, incident response, and automation within a low-latency, high-availability network environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engineer, provision, and certify customer network connectivity across global data centers
- Configure and support edge routing and customer-facing network infrastructure
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams manage NOC tickets and hotline
- Monitor global trading connectivity and respond to network incidents in real time
- Serve as an escalation point for complex network, market data, and latency issues
- Perform packet analysis and root cause investigation using Corvil or similar tools
- Build and maintain network automations using Python, APIs, and AI-assisted tooling
Key Requirements
- 4+ years of network engineering experience (Cisco/Arista)
- Strong knowledge of BGP and OSPF
- Experience with AWS cloud networking and UNIX/Linux environments
- Hands-on experience with packet capture and analysis tools
- Exposure to network automation, monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana), and API-based workflows
- Bachelor's degree preferred relevant networking or cloud certifications a plus
