NOC Command Centre Engineer (Network)
Work Location:Synapxe, Buona Vista Office.
- At least TWO (2) years of IT experience with at least ONE (1) year as a Command Centre/NOC Engineer
- Basic L1 troubleshooting experience on Network devices.
- Minimally certified in CompTIA A+ or equivalent
- Minimally ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certification
- Prefer candidates with network L1 or with some experience in ServiceDesk or NOC.
