1. AWS & Azure Cloud Operations handson monitoring and support for cloud infrastructure
2. Cloud Networking (VPC/VNet, Routing, DNS, LB, NSG/SG) strong troubleshooting capability
3. Incident Response & NOC Operations (247) alert triage, escalation, shift handovers
4. Linux & Windows Server Administration (Cloud) opslevel troubleshooting
5. Monitoring & Observability Tools CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Splunk, Grafana
6. ITSM Tools & Process Discipline – ServiceNow/Jira, incident documentation
