Job Summary
The Nightclub Manager will lead daily bar operations and financial management at BTC Bollywood, driving strategic initiatives to enhance the club's reputation, profitability, and member engagement within Singapore's premium nightlife and hospitality sector.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day bar operations across all service areas to ensure smooth service flow and maintain premium presentation, hygiene, and service standards
- Coordinate bartender scheduling and deployment to optimize staffing efficiency and service quality
- Build and sustain strong relationships with VVIP guests, corporate members, and key clients to enhance personalized guest experiences
- Manage the guest list for exclusive events and coordinate bespoke experiences tailored for finance and banking professionals
- Oversee club operations including cash and billing management, staffing, and overall guest experience to ensure operational excellence
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore's nightlife, liquor licensing, and employment regulations to uphold legal and safety standards
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safety, security, and service excellence across the club
- Manage vendor contracts, supplier relationships, and inventory control to maintain cost efficiency and quality supply
- Drive beverage sales through strategic initiatives such as VIP tables, bottle packages, and memberships to meet revenue targets
- Track and manage budgets, expenses, and profitability to achieve financial objectives
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly operational reports for management review to inform strategic decisions
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 08-12 years of experience in nightlife, hospitality, or F&B management, preferably with premium or members-only venues
- Proven expertise in sales growth, brand building, and VVIP relationship management within the nightlife or hospitality industry
- In-depth knowledge of liquor licensing, nightlife regulations, and operational compliance in Singapore
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills to manage high-pressure, high-profile environments
