Responsibilities:

1. Provide an exceptional customer experience by delivering friendly attentive and personalized service that leaves a lasting impression
2. Efficiently manage reservations and inquiries via phone ensuring smooth communication and a seamless guest experience from the moment they inquire
3. Input orders into the POS system with precision ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing
4. Ensure the front desk area is clean organized and presentable
5. Collaborate effectively with team members and management ensuring smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere
6. Take on ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor contributing to the flexibility and success of the team
7. Provide excellent and efficient alcoholic beverage service to customer
   

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant operations.
44 hours a week 6 days
Night Shift: 6.30pm to 3.30am
Usually scheduled to work minimally 4 hours of OT a week
