Job Description

  • Load, transport and deliver goods to clients or business premises safely and on time.
  • Check orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Collect payments and issue receipts where required.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and prepare related reports and documents.
  • Operate company vehicles and equipment safely, including cars, trucks and forklifts where applicable.
  • Conduct basic checks and ensure the vehicle and equipment are kept clean and in good working condition.
