Job Summary

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate New Product introduction programme timeline with engineering and manufacturing team.
  • Collaborate with engineering departments to improve overall product yield and line performance.
  • Manage new part type performance indices, analyse, identify and communicate opportunity for improvement to achieve Best-in-Class product cycle time.
  • Build analytical capability to improve NPI line efficiency through automation, interactive software/ interface, and innovative products
  • Optimize site inventory management through analytic methodology and education.
  • Align business process, optimizing state-of-the-art scheduling logic, and setting up leading production report and indices.

Job Requirements, Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required
  • Experiences data analytic, data visualization, and data presentation using Microsoft, SQL or Phyton coding is a plus
  • Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels
  • Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
  • Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable
  • Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred
