Key Responsibilities:
- Lead NPI projects from planning through to execution, ensuring smooth integration into plant operations.
- Partner with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and HQ to deliver seamless product and packaging introductions.
- Develop, update, and manage BOMs to align with assembly requirements.
- Oversee data accuracy in SFC and SAP systems.
- Provide technical support and understanding of Server & Rack assembly processes.
- Collaborate on innovative packaging solutions for racks and complex assemblies.
- Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
- Offer hands-on assistance during production ramp-up stages.
- Ensure compliance by participating in ISO audits.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, with exposure to NPI or process engineering.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail with a practical, hands-on approach.
