Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the execution of BOM and material changes, ensuring smooth transition and implementation in collaboration with cross-functional teams locally and overseas
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products
- Conducting product testing and validation to ensure high-quality, reliable products
- Identifying and resolving complex technical issues and optimising product performance
- Participating in the development of product roadmaps and strategy
- Providing technical support and expertise to manufacturing and sales teams
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to drive innovation
Requirements:
- At least Diploma and Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product / NPI Engineer in the semiconductor or electronics industry
- Strong technical expertise in electrical/electronic engineering, with a deep understanding of product development and validation processes
- Proficiency in using CAD software, testing equipment, and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
