New Product & Business Development Intern
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Assist with researching market trends, competitors, and industry insights
- Assist with identifying new business opportunities and potential partnerships
- Support lead generation and pipeline management
- Assist in developing business strategies and plans
2. New Product Development
- Assist with conducting market research to discuss on product development
- Support product ideation, conceptualization, design, crafting a product name and launch planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Brand, Marketing, Sales)
- Analyze customer feedback and market response to inform product iterations
3. General
- Prepare reports and presentations on market insights and progress
- Support event planning and execution (e.g., product launches, trade shows)
- Contribute to business growth and expansion initiatives
- Liaise with external partners, vendors, and collaborators
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic familiarity with market research and analysis tools
