Job Duties:
Provide secretarial support to a team of investment bankers
Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, including scheduling internal and external meetings, prioritizing commitments, and resolving conflicts.
Handle extensive global travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, visas, and itineraries.
Manage invoice and expenses checking and processing, including review, documentation, and securing necessary approvals for payment
Support meetings, and events, including agenda preparation, materials compilation, logistics, and follow‑ups.
Compile presentations, reports, and correspondence in advance of meetings.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience providing executive‑level administrative support, preferably within financial services or a multinational corporate environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Proven ability to work independently with sound judgment, discretion, and problem‑solving capabilities.
Highly detail‑oriented, proactive, and solutions‑focused.
