Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in their homes

• Carry out nursing procedures and care activities according to patients care needs

• Monitor patients condition and report any changes appropriately

• Administer nursing care and support as required

• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation

• Provide professional and compassionate patient care

• Liaise with relevant healthcare professionals and caregivers when required

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration

• Relevant nursing experience preferred

• Able to work independently and travel to patients homes
