You will take ownership across the stack - designing robust Java backend services, crafting elegant React-based user experiences, and building GraphQL APIs that enable flexible, high-performance data access. This is a hands-on role for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, working close to the business, and seeing their work deliver tangible impact.
Your Impact
- Build and evolve scalable, production-grade backend services using Java.
- Create clean, intuitive, and high-performing frontends with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Design and own GraphQL APIs that power modern, data-rich applications.
- Integrate and operate AI / machine learning models within real-world application workflows, from inference to system integration.
- Influence system architecture and technical direction, contributing to design discussions, code reviews, and best practices.
- Deliver features iteratively in an Agile environment, with a strong focus on quality and reliability.
- Continuously improve performance, scalability, and observability across the platform.
- Strengthen engineering excellence through automated testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.
What You Bring
- Strong hands-on experience with Java backend development.
- Solid experience building modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Practical experience designing and consuming GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.
- A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Bonus Points
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exposure to Kubernetes or container orchestration.
- Experience with data-intensive or AI-enabled systems.
- Knowledge of Python and/or model fine-tuning.
