We are seeking a driven and results-oriented New Business Account Manager to accelerate growth through new client acquisition, strategic prospecting, and consultative solution selling.
This is a hunter-focused Business Development role, responsible for building a strong pipeline, managing the full sales cycle, and closing new business opportunities. You will act as the bridge between customers and internal teams to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
This position plays a key role in expanding market presence and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through:
· Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
· Drive the end-to-end sales cycle:
· Act as the main point of contact for prospects and newly onboarded clients
· Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
· Understand client business challenges and translate them into value-based solutions
· Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure feasible, competitive, and scalable solutions
· Maintain accurate records of pipeline, activities, and forecasts in CRM systems
Requirements & Qualifications
· Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
· Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
· Experience in prospecting and new business acquisition
· Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator / CRM tools / digital outreach methods
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
· Strong commercial acumen and consultative, solution-selling approach
· Ability to engage stakeholders across multiple levels
· Results-driven, resilient, and highly self-motivated
· Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment
· Customer-centric with strong problem-solving capabilities
