Job Duties:
- Support the team by documenting commercial decisions, conditions, and required follow-up actions captured accurately and addressed promptly
- Prepare and submit high quality governance meeting minutes, ensuring they meet documentation standards and are delivered within required timelines.
- Validate submissions, maintain and update the Relationship Journey
- Track delays, amendments, and escalations to ensure transparency and timely updates. Ensure prompt updates captured for deals delayed or deal status updated
- Produce monthly reports on crossbuy fulfillment and accountability signoffs for audit and governance reviews.
- Collaborate with technology teams (e.g., Salesforce) to streamline workflows, improve data quality and enhance reporting automation
- Recommend governance enhancements to strengthen transparency, effectiveness, reduce manual effort, and improve endtoend process discipline
Job Requirements:
- Strong organizational, documentation, and workflowmanagement skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experienced with governance frameworks, banking & financial products, and/or credit processes preferred.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Salesforce, including managing trackers, workflows, and dashboards (Power BI or Tableau)
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholdermanagement skills with the ability to prepare structured, high-quality materials for senior audiences.
- Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years relevant experience.
