Job description
Job Duties:
- Gather and interpret market data to provide insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behaviour. Use these insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Formulate annual and long-term strategic plans to meet business goals and improve competitive positioning.
- Ensure the timely completion and submission of the internal business plan to the Group.
- Lead development and communication of key performance indicators to support achievement of business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Oversee timely development of business performance reports by collecting business and financial performance data and crafting strategic narratives
- Proactively identify and address business and organisational problems by independently scoping and conducting research, synthesize findings, and developing strategic improvements along with high-level action plans.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative business subject (Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science) or MBA is preferred
- Must possess intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- 8-10 years of generalist strategy or implementation consulting experience is ideal, although not mandatory
- Must have a solid quantitative and analytical aptitud
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
