Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

. Developing and executing of strategic initiatives to drive growth of commercial card product portfolio

. Managing of clients and providing product support

. Supporting of issue escalation process and preparation works

. Conducting of market analysis and identifying customer's needs

. Working closely with internal stakeholders and internal business units

. Looking through processes and providing of recommendations

. Understanding of processes and guiding the business accordingly

. Identifying of project risks/issues and raising them accordingly

. Establishing of standards and guidelines

. Providing of training and support

. Ensuring business processes run smoothly and timely

. Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

. Minimum Degree in a related discipline

. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

. Experience with card products will be an added advantage

. Able to start immediately or within short notice
