Job Duties:
Assist in the preparation, update and maintenance of prospectuses, product highlight sheets, information memorandums, reports etc.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, operations, investment teams) and external service providers to facilitate documentation updates and regulatory filings.
Support dissemination of fund documentation with regulators and relevant parties
Maintain proper records for all fund documentation.
Provide administrative and coordination support including data collation, reporting updates and preparation of materials
Assist with routine product administration matters, including tracking of approvals, renewals, and periodic reporting requirements.
Support ongoing product lifecycle activities
Provide general administrative and project support to the Product Management Director and the broader Product Management team as required.
Any other ad-hoc tasks.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Banking, Finance, Business or a related discipline
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in asset management, financial services or a similar administrative or product support role
Prior exposure to fund documentation or regulatory filings is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
