Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver regional/global network infrastructure projects. You will oversee project planning, execution, and vendor coordination, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business goals. The role requires a proactive approach to risk management, a commitment to direct communication across teams and stakeholders, and the flexibility to support weekend work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end network infrastructure projects (LAN/WAN, wireless, cabling, etc.)
- Define project scope, schedule, budget, and risk plans
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery
- Provide regular project updates, reports, and stakeholder communications
- Drive UAT, training, and communication efforts for seamless rollout
- Manage vendor engagements, contracts, and procurement processes
Requirements:
- 8-10 years experience in network infrastructure and project management
- Background in financial institutions or consulting preferred
- Strong technical knowledge (Cisco, AWS, PMP, ITIL certifications a plus)
- Experience in network implementation and complex integrations
- Proficient in budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder management
- Strong communicator, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with global or cross-functional teams
