- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, servers, storage systems, and related equipment.
- Support system implementation by working with internal teams on network design, setup, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot network and system issues, providing technical support to both project teams and end users.
- Manage office IT infrastructure, including network, servers, system administration, user support, and cybersecurity.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend suitable solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in networking, system administration, or IT infrastructure support.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, network security, routers, switches, servers, and storage solutions (NAS/SAN).
- Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining network and IT equipment.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
