Job Title: Network Support Technician (East)
Job Hours: 9am to 6pm
Job Location: Kaki Bukit
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit quotations and system proposals to clients
- Conduct technical research based on client specifications and requirements
- Support project implementation and project management activities
- Perform LAN and electrical cabling, including termination and labelling
- Source and procure IT devices or equipment for client deployment
- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot electronic security systems (CCTV, Access Control, etc.)
- Perform PC hardware/software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Conduct server management, maintenance, and health checks
- Maintain network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Handle printer devices setup, configuration, and support
- Provide on-site and off-site technical support to clients
- Prepare proper documentation, service reports, and update records for clients
- Coordinate closely with clients to ensure smooth project delivery
Job Requirements:
- Nitec/Diploma in Information Technology, Network Engineering or related fields
- 2 years of experience in IT support, networking, cabling, or infrastructure roles
- Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and protocols.
