Job Summary
We are seeking a Network Specialist (L2/L3) to support day-to-day network operations across the firm's offices, data centre, and cloud environments. This is a hands-on operational role, working within a small infrastructure team to ensure network stability, security, and availability 24/7.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 network support and troubleshooting across offices, data centres, and multi-cloud environments.
- Support network projects, including design, configuration, deployment, and upgrades.
- Monitor network performance, conduct daily health checks, and resolve incidents to meet SLAs.
- Configure and support routers, switches, wireless networks, and load balancers.
- Ensure network security controls comply with audit and risk requirements.
- Work with network carriers and external vendors to ensure services are met (SLA)
- Manage and maintain data centre facilities, cleanliness and security.
- Participate in a 24/7 Level 2 support roster.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 3-5+ years of experience in network operations or support roles.
- Strong L2/L3 troubleshooting experience in enterprise environments.
- Working knowledge of networking technologies such as VLANs, QoS, and basic network security.
- Good understanding of ITIL, particularly Service and Change Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills; comfortable in an operational, shift-based environment.
