Network Service Assurance Analyst – Risk & Governance

Job Description

• Support internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, compliance assessments, and governance activities for APAC Network Services.
• Gather, validate, and prepare technical evidence and documentation for audit and regulatory requests.
• Partner with network engineering teams to assess risks, controls, remediation activities, and issue management.
• Track audit findings, risk items, and remediation actions to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare clear written responses, reports, and stakeholder updates for audit, risk, and compliance purposes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure, technology risk, audit, or compliance support.
• Strong understanding of networking technologies, including routing, switching, WAN, SDN, network security, and Cisco environments.
• Experience working in enterprise technology environments with exposure to change management processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with JIRA or similar workflow and tracking tools.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP are advantageous.
