Job Description

We are looking for seasoned Network & Security Engineers (L3/4) to deliver advanced managed services across our clients IT environments. This role ensures the stability, performance, and security of critical infrastructure by proactively managing incidents, resolving complex technical issues, and driving continuous service improvement.

You will serve as a fourth-line escalation point across multiple technology domains-including Network, Security, Cloud, Applications, and Collaboration-while also contributing to project delivery when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution within SLA.
  • Perform proactive monitoring, investigation, and analysis to detect and resolve issues before they become service-impacting.
  • Capture all relevant diagnostic information and maintain consistent, high-quality ticket updates.
  • Provide deep technical troubleshooting where L1-L3 teams are unable to resolve, performing root-cause analysis and recommending long-term fixes.
  • Share knowledge and mentor junior engineers, promoting skills development and workflow optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with clients on critical issues.
  • Support and document change implementations escalate risks and status updates as required.
  • Work with automation teams to optimize effort and streamline routine operational tasks.
  • Conduct quality audits on processes, ticket handling, and service delivery.
  • Participate in project implementation, disaster recovery activities, and other operational initiatives.

Knowledge & Attributes

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and client environments.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing operational demands.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and active-listening skills.
  • Demonstrated client-centric focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences.
  • Solid understanding of change management processes, including risk identification and mitigation planning.
  • Deep technical proficiency in relevant network and security domains.
  • Prior experience in government sector projects would be preferred.

Academic Qualifications & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computing, or equivalent experience.

  • Relevant technical certifications (highly advantageous), such as:

    • Network & Security: CCNP Security, CCIE, CISSP, PCNSE

    • Firewall & Security Platforms: Fortinet, Check Point, F5, Palo Alto

    • Identity & Access: RSA Authentication Manager, CyberArk (EPV, CPM, PSM, PVWA, HTML5 Gateway)

    • Monitoring & Analytics: SolarWinds (NPM, NCM, SAM, APE, SCM, SRM), Splunk (Deployment Server, License Manager, Monitoring Console, Cluster Manager, Search Head, Heavy Forwarders)

    • Vulnerability & Endpoint: Tenable (SC, NM, NS), Trend Micro (Deep Security Manager, Smart Protection Server)

Technical Exposure (Preferred)

Firewall & Security: Fortigate, Check Point, F5 LTM/WAF
Privileged Access: CyberArk modules (EPV, CPM, PSM, PVWA, HTML5 Gateway, PAReplicate)
AAA & Identity: Cisco ISE
Monitoring: SolarWinds suite
Vulnerability: Tenable Security Center, Nessus
Endpoint Protection: Trend Micro
Networking: NTP, Point-to-Point, Internet connectivity, Repository services
Load Balancing: F5 (LTM, WAF)
Other: OPSWAT Central Management, FortiProxy, FortiManager
