Job Description:-
To implement and deploy different Firewall products and related solutions:
- Checkpoint
- Palo Alto
- Fortinet
- Cisco ASA
- Cisco Firepower
- Algosec
- To perform configuration and fine-tuning for advance features like IPS/IDS, Threat Prevention, URL filtering and etc.
- To manage and work/liaise with product vendors, partners and customers in term of schedule, expectation and requirements
- To provide consistent and clear communication to external and internal stakeholders
- To provide informal training to partners and customers
Requirements
- ITE/Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in IT security implementation and deployment
- Preferably with relevant hands-on experience on Firewall products, minimum 1 years
- Basic understanding in operating system technology, such as Unix, Linux and Windows Server
- Good networking knowledge (CCNA certified is a plus point)
- Technically inclined and hands on
- Good interpersonal skills, independent, pro-active and a team player
- Good presentation and writing skills
- Firewall certification like CCSA, CCSE, NSE 4 or PCNSE is a plus point but not mandatory
- Preferably from System-Integrator or Distributor background
