Network Security Engineer

Job Description

• Provide quality technical and maintenance support for SIEM (e.g., Splunk, Qradar), PAM (e.g., CyberArk, CA), Firewall (e.g., Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet, ASA), Load-Balancer (e.g., F5), Network switches or wireless (e.g., Cisco, Alcatel, Huawei, HPE)
• Resolve escalated customer complaints without the need for manager intervention
• Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
