Network Security Engineer (6-Month Contract)
We are hiring a Network Security Engineer to support enterprise network infrastructure and security operations in a fast-paced environment.
Contract Details
- Initial 6-month contract with potential 6-month extension
- Salary up to SGD 4,600/month
Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, routers, and switches
- Monitor and maintain secure connectivity across LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
- Manage firewall policies, NAT, routing, and access controls
- Support network implementation, migration, upgrade, and cutover activities
- Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues to ensure stable operations
- Maintain network documentation, configurations, and diagrams
- Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with network security technologies such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, or Cisco
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, and firewall concepts
- Experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure environments
- Familiarity with LAN, WAN, and wireless networking
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge is advantageous
