- Respond to and manage incidents impacting critical digital, information, communication, and media services.
- Monitor, analyse, and review network and system information feeds within an operations or command centre environment.
- Conduct regular horizon scanning to identify and assess incidents, threats, and disruptions affecting digital and information-communication infrastructure locally, regionally, and globally.
- Perform root cause analyses for incidents and initiate follow-up actions, including investigative or enforcement measures where regulatory or compliance breaches are identified.
- Support the ongoing review, development, and enhancement of regulatory frameworks, policies, and initiatives aimed at strengthening the resilience and reliability of digital and information-communication networks and services.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective incident response and continuous improvement of operational processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with degrees in other disciplines may be considered if they possess relevant experience.
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in the information-communication, technology, or media-related fields.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, digital platforms, communication networks, and associated systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and engagement capabilities.
- Willingness and ability to work 12-hour shift schedules.
