Network Operations Engineer

About the Role:

The Network Operations Engineer ensures network stability across complex platforms, leveraging deep knowledge of networking protocols, troubleshooting methodologies, and proactive/reactive tools. The role requires strong communication skills, adherence to standards, and collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure network stability across multiple platforms and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Provide operational support for routing, switching, WAN, LAN, and Internet technologies.
• Lead incident triage, monitor dashboards/logs, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with Incident and Problem Management policies.
• Work as part of a global operations team on a rotating shift schedule.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of IT Service Management and core network services.
• Experience with routing, switching, WAN/LAN in multi-vendor environments.
• Knowledge of network security practices and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
