The ideal candidate manage network performance, support telco customers, and ensure stable delivery of fibre, broadband, and IP services with at least 3 - 5 years experience supporting telco projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand telco customers business and technical needs and handle technical enquiries.
- Work with Account/Product Managers to identify requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Lead product testing, after-sales troubleshooting, and technical validation.
- Manage network infrastructure operations: fibre, broadband, and IP networks.
- Lead network engineers and NOC teams to ensure uptime and service quality.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, incident response, and problem management.
- Coordinate with vendors, telcos, and internal teams on operations and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with security, standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in Telecommunication, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years experience in telco/ISP or technical operations.
- Strong knowledge of telecom operator systems and service structures.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and align technical requirements.
- Experience with telco projects is an advantage.
