Network Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain infrastructure in the warehouse, office, and remote vending network.
• Operating forklifts, reaching trucks, pallet jacks, vending coin and note mech.
• Ensure secure, stable network connectivity to support vending machine telemetry and real-time data collection.
• Handling and operating necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing the warehouse.
• Spot check machines on-site for cleanliness, refrigeration maintenance, and repair minor breakdown.
• Implement network security protocols, perform audits, and ensure compliance.
• Monitor network performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
• Liaise with vendors, and internal teams for technical support and deployments.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Manage project timelines, coordinate across departments for planning
• Handling all network related matters.
• Any other responsibilities that may be delegated by the management when required.

Requirements

• Degree in a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive
• Strong troubleshooting skills in physical network environments.
• Familiar with warehouse operations and remote asset management.
