Network Infrastructure Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
. Manage, monitor and troubleshoot enterprise network and basic security environments across regional subsidiaries.
. Support daily network operational activities including monitoring, incident handling, connectivity troubleshooting and operational maintenance.
. Support switches, routers, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, VPN, WAN and basic network security environments.
. Analyze network performance, latency, connectivity issues and operational incidents across overseas entities.
. Support basic network security operations including firewall policy coordination, VPN connectivity support, access control and security-related troubleshooting activities.
. Coordinate with local IT teams, telecom providers, vendors and regional stakeholders during incidents and operational issues.
. Participate in network deployment, migration, upgrade, DR/BCP testing and project support activities when required.
. Monitor network health, utilization, availability, and operational status to ensure stable services.
. Prepare operational reports, network analysis summaries, troubleshooting documentation and technical procedures.
. Support overseas subsidiaries during operational stabilization, troubleshooting activities and infrastructure support engagements.
. Travel to overseas subsidiaries when required to support operational issues and infrastructure activities.

Requirements:
. Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
. 3+ years of experience in network engineering or infrastructure operations.
. Hands-on experience with enterprise network technologies such as Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Palo Alto or equivalent platforms.
. Understanding of routing, switching, VLAN, VPN, firewall, wireless, WAN and basic network security concepts.
. Experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting, incident handling and operational support activities.
. Basic understanding of firewall policies, VPN connectivity, access control and network security operations is preferred.
. Basic understanding of server and infrastructure environments.
. Experience in banking or financial services is an advantage.
. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and coordination skills.
. Willingness to travel frequently within Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia).
