Job Description

Perform investigation and troubleshoot on IT network related issues.
Perform maintenance for IT network related equipment.
Liaise with 3rd party service providers and BU for maintenance and support to ensure that the service levels are met.
Coordinate with the project teams in setup and installation of IT network infrastructure, where required.
Prepare the corresponding technical documentation
Cisco & Arista network switches, Palo Alto firewalls, Forescout EyeInspect and Aruba Wi-Fi
