Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Work with Palo Alto Firewall & VPN and AWS network services
- Support cloud operations with a focus on network and endpoint security
- Exposure to ITIL-based processes and cross-functional collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls and GlobalProtect VPN.
- Configure and monitor AWS networking components (VPC, Security Groups, Route Tables, etc.).
- Support endpoint protection, access controls, and network security policies.
- Respond to network-related incidents and service requests following ITIL practices.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure secure connectivity.
- Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, procedures, and changes.
