This position will focus on enterprise network security support and services for various commercial clients island-wide.
As the Senior Engineer, will also be serve as the technical lead to the team who will also provide guidance and technical expertise support.
Position Responsibilities:
- Will be the Senior and subject matter expert in SDWAN, SDLAN, switches, cloud virtual firewalls.
- Handle project roll-out, execution, implementation and delivery of related technology projects.
- Serve as technical specialist (L2/L3) and subject matter expert to the team.
- Responsible for documentation, reports for faults and resolutions, change request for clients.
Position Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
- 4 to 6 years working experience in Network, IT Security Maintenance in a IT or Telecommunications environment.
- Product knowledge with Cisco, SDWAN, SDLAN, Fortinet, Ruckus, ZTNA with experience working on various network equipment (eg: Router, Switches, Firewall).
- Network certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, NSE 4, PCNSE a strong advantage.
- PMP, Prince2 Certification is a strong advantage.
