Network Engineer (Regional Role)

• Covering SEA + Oceania regions
• CCNA Certification is highly preferred

In this role, you will be the primary go-to person for our regional network, focusing heavily on keeping our retail operations running flawlessly, while also supporting our corporate environment. You will work closely with our two established network engineers based in China to keep the entire APAC zone connected and secure.

• Responsible for SEAO network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Dive into a dynamic mix of work-roughly 80% dedicated to our fast-paced retail network environment and 20% supporting corporate office network needs.
• Partner with China based APAC network team to align on global standards, share regional insights, and tackle complex troubleshooting.
• Ensure the stability of retail networks and secure store-to-cloud connections

skills and experience required
Minimum 2 years of network experience with SD-WAN, Cisco, or Retail/POS networking experience.

Enjoy flexibility in your working hours! Because you will be supporting New Zealand (which is up to 6 hours ahead, depending on daylight savings), your schedule will adapt to ensure our Oceania partners are well looked after.

This a permanent opportunity for an Network Engineer (Regional Role), offers a salary range of $ 4,500 to $ 5,500, inclusive of benefits.
