Network Engineer

Education / Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
At least 3 years in network work related experience

Job Description:
Manage daily network operations, including configuration updates, firmware patches, and hardware lifecycle management.
Act as the primary technical point for network-related incidents, providing rapid troubleshooting and resolution.
Maintain and optimize complex Network Topologies to ensure maximum performance and scalability.
Take full ownership of Cisco Switches and routing environments, ensuring configurations meet best-practice standards.
Follow ITIL processes for Change Management and Incident Management to maintain detailed documentation and minimize downtime.

Skill Sets:
Network Architecture: OSI Model, TCP/IP, Network Topologies, and VLAN Segmentation
Routing & Switching: Cisco Catalyst/Nexus Switches, OSPF, BGP, STP
Connectivity & Protocols: Static/Dynamic Routing, MPLS, SD-WAN, and VPN (IPsec/SSL)
Operational Frameworks: ITIL Service Management, CMDB updates, and Network Documentation
Support & Delivery: Change Management, Incident Resolution, and Network Performance Monitoring
Certification: CCNA/CCNP is preferred
