Network Engineer

What you will do:

• Support and manages routers switches, firewalls, intrusion, detection, VPN Gateways, proxies, Wire Lan controllers, Network Access control appliance, load balancers, Network Management system, and other Network Devices.
• Perform day-to -day network and security operations including monitoring and managing network infrastructure.
• Respond to network incidents according to severity level and meet services level requirements.
• Handle high pressure situations, identify problems, and make quick decision to resolve issue.
• Adhere to incident management workflow and procedure.
• Maintain and update network diagrams, configuration records, inventory, RMA records and incident report.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on network performance, capacity, planning and incident analysis.
• Work closely with third party vendor, telecommunication operators, ISPs and other service providers.
• Participate in transition planning and support the onboarding of network and security system
