We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer with strong expertise in Cisco Firepower (FMC / FTD) to support cybersecurity enhancement of a critical Air Traffic Management System (ATMS). You will design, deploy, and secure enterprise-grade network infrastructures, ensuring compliance with strict security and performance requirements.
What You'll Do
- Design and deploy Cisco Firepower solutions (FMC, FTD) for secure network environments
- Integrate firewalls into complex network architectures with high security and availability requirements
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management of Firepower platforms
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver solutions aligned with the SOW
- Ensure delivery milestones, quality, and technical compliance are met
- Produce clear documentation, configurations, and network/security reports
- Continuously assess and improve network security, performance, and resilience
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence within the team
What We're Looking For
- 57+ years of network engineering experience in enterprise or critical environments
- Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) and Firepower Management Center (FMC)
- Solid knowledge of routing, switching, VPNs, and network security best practices
- Proven experience in network performance tuning and complex troubleshooting
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables in structured, SOW-driven projects
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Cisco certifications (CCNP Security, CCIE Security, or equivalent) are a strong plus
