Network Engineer // Network Operations Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

. Ability to evaluate Vulnerability reports to provide advice & consultation on the

Network Infra Capacity.

. Evaluate infra set-up to identify the gaps.

Other Responsibilities:

. Administration and Operation of the following devices: Network routers and

switches (e.g. Cisco), Firewalls (e.g. Cisco, Palo Alto, Checkpoint), Network

Monitoring System (Syslog, NMS, backup etc), Wireless, Remote Access.

. Manage the problem resolution process with maintenance support vendor on

operational matters as well as troubleshooting and resolution of network related

problems.

. Manage, administer and configure network equipment as per the change

management process.

. Provide technical support and advice on all hardware and software in the

network environment.

. Respond to service requests (e.g. VLAN configuration, firewall rules, port

activation) and incident tickets and alert.

. Perform routine backup and recovery for network devices.

. Supervise and provide vendor management for external contractors.

. Monitor security alerts of the in-scope devices, analyse the impact and inform

the end customer on the analysis as per the process.

Requirements:

. Working knowledge with Cisco Nexus, BGP, OSPF, MPLS.

. CCIE certified with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experiences.

. Proficiency in English language and good communication skill
