Network Engineer

Job Description

• Manage and maintain company computer systems and networks, including hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Perform routine system maintenance, including backups, updates, and patches.
• Design and engineering of effective and scalable network systems and solutions
• To participate in planning, designing, and developing LANs), WAN and (SD-WAN).
• To analyze and resolve network routing and hardware problems
• Recommending security control, improvements plan and remediation of associated risk
• Participating in The System Security Acceptance Test (SSAT)
• To setup, configuration and troubleshooting of Servers, PCs and OS hardening.
• Designing and implementing security policies using Endpoint, Firewall, IPS/IDS

Job Requirements

• Professional certification in Microsoft Certified Solution Associate and Cisco Certified Network Associate
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role.
• Minimum 2 years experience in system administration.
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.
• Knowledge of System security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
• Knowledge in Cloud Security with AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Familiar with various operating systems and platforms.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
