Job Description

  • Monitor GlobalProtect VPN connectivity and respond to alerts or user-reported issues.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting for VPN access problems, including login failures, network connectivity issu
  • Guide end users through basic steps to configure and connect to GlobalProtect VPN.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and escalation steps accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 teams when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Assist with user onboarding and provisioning of VPN access credentials.
  • Support regular updates of GlobalProtect clients by coordinating with users and IT teams.
  • Maintain compliance with IT security guidelines and ensure proper access control procedures are followed.
  • Communicate with users clearly and professionally to ensure a positive support experience.
